I've not really been one who set out monthly goals for myself & my family, but I've been so inspired by several of my blogger friends.
Today I'm setting 3 goals for myself, and I plan on doing this every month. Hopefully these posts will help keep me accountable.
1. Increase Water Intake.
I'm not a water fan, but I know for my overall health I need to increase my water daily. I have already started this one, and it's getting easier to choose water over Dr. Pepper!
2. At-Home Exercise 3x a week.
I need to get more physically active, even when it's too cold to enjoy doing anything outside. The different workouts that are available really make it impossible for me to have any excuses.
3. No social media from 4-8 pm.
This is going to be hard, but I'm so addicted to my phone and different social media outlets. I really want to not be online while the kids and Joe are home. This is going to be a challenge this weekend, but I really feel as though it'll help me mentally & emotionally!

These are awesome goals and I still need to type mine out but water intake and working out 3 x a week at the gym are on my list too along with being good with my phone...love these! xoxo ERIN

DeleteI love all of these goals. I love monthly goals. These are all so do-able. The hardest one for me would be the cell phone one, what a great goal that I need to make for myself as well! I also need to increase my water intake! I have missed you my friend!
