What's Up Wednesday :: {1.30.2018}

HEY HEY, Wednesday!
Today is the first What's Up Wednesday of 2018, and I cannot believe that January has flown by so quickly!!
Like always we are joining MelShay, & Sheaffer, and here are the questions we will be answering today!

[What We're Eating This Week]

Last night I fixed THIS Easy Chicken Parm Casserole, and my family LOVED it! It's a casserole in a slow cooker, and it's delicious!

[What I'm Reminiscing About]

This sweet girl's birthday!
With January being almost over, I just can't help but think about our precious baby turning 5!

I shared about our Birthday Princess HERE, and she loved every minute of turning 5!

[What I'm Loving]

Last week I shared all about my favorite things from one of my favorite grocery stores, Fresh Market Finds, and I've been loving all the chocolate-covered banana chips!
YUMMY!! I mean, we kinda go through these baggies pretty quickly around here, and by 'we' I mean, Nataleigh & me!

[What We've Been Up To]

All the basketball & cheerleading!

Watching these 3 do each of their things is such a blessing to Joe & me!!

[What I'm Dreading]

Heading back to the doctor with Nataleigh!
Yesterday I mentioned that Nataleigh was a little under the weather, and now she's really not feeling well. We are planning to take her back to the doc for another round of swabs & hopefully some answers. We have a BIG weekend in West Tennessee planned, and we just don't have time to be sick!

[What I'm Working On]

Organizing and cleaning out all of the closets. Also, I'm planning on consigning a lot of the kids' stuff that they've out-grown in a Spring sale, so that's just another level of clutter!

[What I'm Excited About]

The next couple of weeks/months are going to be insanely busy for Tennessee's Overall Tot. She'll be on the road for the most part, so I will be with her. She has several cheer competitions in those weeks as well, so life on the road will be challenging but oh so fun. How many times will we be able to make these special memories together?! I'm soaking it ALL up, for sure!

[What I'm Watching/Reading]

All the Netflix.
I recently finished the first two seasons of The Crown, and season 3 cannot start soon enough for this Brit-lover!

[What I'm Listening To]

So my kiddos just love Camila Cabello's "Havana" so dang much!

I'm loving her newest release, "Never Be the Same" so much more!

[What I'm Wearing]

All the yoga pants & hoodies!
We've spent more of this month on a snow delay than actually in school, so a lot of our days have been stuck @ home relaxing. I'm not complaining at all, and I really do love me some hoodie season!

[What I'm Doing This Weekend]

We have 2 big prelims that Nataleigh will be working and making appearances at, and we cannot wait. We'll be carpooling & rooming with some friends, so it'll be a fun weekend for sure!

[What I'm Looking Forward To Next Month]

So February is one of my favorite months, because it's my birthday month!!
I love celebrating my birthday, and I'm fortunate to get to spend it with my absolute favorite people!

[What Else Is New]

Not a whole lot!
Is it February yet?!

Bonus: What is my favorite soup recipe?!

Oh my goodness!! I just love all the soups, and I cannot wait to read all the other recipes that my blogging friends share.
My current favorite jam is THIS Chicken Tortilla Soup. We eat it all the time, and it's scrumptious. It's the easiest, throw the ingredients into a soup pot, and enjoy soup.

  1. I sure hope N doesn't get worse. You do have a big weekend ahead of you :). I love catching up on everyone's lives in this post :) xoxo ERIN
