Goals: February 2018


Last month I shared HERE my goals for January, and I'm not gonna lie...it was rough at times trying to keep up with these goals. We had A LOT of snow days that kind of impacted my time & flexibility.

Last month, I wanted to increase my water, increase my exercise, and decrease my social media in the evenings.

I definitely increased my water, and I'm still going on the H2O path! I didn't exercise quite as much as I would have wanted. And honestly I used my phone & social media to just relax too much because momming all day was tough when the kiddos were completely cooped up all day. 

This month here are my goals...
I really do love goal-setting each month. I just cannot let outside {weather included} forces discourage attaining these goals.

  1. I have been awful about getting up when my alarm goes off at 6:15 but I just need to because I am mad when I don't!!! Love these goals! xoxo ERIN
