Weekend Wrap-Up {2//13//2018}

Our weekend was anything but boring. We had it ALL, and not all of it was good.

Our weekend kicked off with a quick stop by my mom's work. I had a lesson, and my sister was grabbing the boys from school for me. I had to drop off our car tag, and Nataleigh took advantage of some Nana love!
 We then headed up to the school for the workout!
 It was also the last pep rally for the basketball season, so Nataleigh enjoyed watching the cheer & dance teams do their thing. They also had a Seniors VS Senior Citizens game, which was HILARIOUS!
 We used these nifty reaction balls as well as worked on serve-receive & passing!
Then my sister showed up wearing the same pull-over in a different shade of grey, so a photo was needed!

While the boys headed to basketball practice, the girls headed to grab the stuff to make all the slime!

We got home, and some of us just couldn't hang during dinner!
Then we fell asleep watching one of my forever favorite movies...Sleepless In Seattle!

 This cool kid & I made a quick donut run!
We even tasted the Valentine flavor, vanilla truffle, from Dunkin Donuts, and it was so good!

The boys headed to basketball, and Nataleigh went with me to my hair appointment!

Our Saturday ended pretty crazily with me hitting a pole in the parking lot. Thankfully we were all okay, but my car is out of commission for a while.

The boys got up and headed to church, and we went to pick up Nana for a girls' day in Pageantland, aka Pigeon Forge.
She got the opportunity to work with Ms. Judith, and then we went looking for some new goodies for headshots & upcoming appearances!

A few of our favorite things!!
{All the Janie & Jack!}

We got home pretty early in the afternoon, so we all got to take naps.
Then Carson was eager to show off the sweetest Valentines that he made.
He even made GG, my sister, one!
{Sweetest boy I know}

We ended our weekend with pizza & the Olympics, and it was such a nice way to round out our weekend!

The situation with my car was frustrating, but Joe being the man he is, calmly handled & consoled me. Just a simple hug of reassurance while he sorted the tow truck & rental car situation made me feel so safe when I was beyond overwhelmed. This situation was meant to rob me of the joy of our weekend, but I refused to let that stop us from doing what we planned to do. We had so much fun with the ones we love so much.

Much love

  1. Oh no about your car but accidents happen, so thankful you are all ok! I am glad you all had fun despite that. Love all her outfits she styled :) xoxo ERIN
