Weekend Wrap-Up {7.23.2018}

Shew!
It's been a hot minute since I've blogged, and y'all I just didn't have any hours in my week last week to stay caught up. Honestly, I just didn't want you to have to only look at pictures of a volleyball gym, because that was what my life looked like pretty much all week.

Today, I'm going to share what our wonderful little weekend looked like!

{Friday}

We wrapped up our week that was consumed by volleyball with Day 2 of UTC's satellite camp.
Those two silly girls in the middle of those volleyball players were spoiled with all the attention imaginable, and they loved every second of it!

These three coaches' kids had the absolute best time together! There are worst things than playing in a gym all day long, and they had so much fun together!

While the girls were at volleyball, Joe & the boys met up with Mimi & Popow!
The boys are enjoying one last hurrah before school starts back at Hilton Head with Mimi, Lesley, John, and Camden. I know they are having the best week ever!

We decided to take Nataleigh out a little bit because she wasn't going to the beach.

And that called for a little fro-yo date with Mom & Dad!
She's a handful on her own, but throw sand, surf, and swimming in there, and we all aren't super comfortable yet!
So far, she's loved being the only child!
My fro-yo was a tropical swirl of tiger's blood & pineapple, and I topped it with Fruity Pebbles!
So much YUM!
We got back home and watched the My Little Pony movie together before a super huge storm rolled through!
[Our weather was pretty crazy all weekend, but we were under some tornado & storm advisories. Naturally Nataleigh slept in our bed 'just because.']

{Saturday}

We spent most of the morning lounging around before we met up with our buddies for a movie date!
Hotel Transylvania 3 was pretty hilarious, and it was so much fun just laughing with our friends.

We then ran some shopping errands, and one little girl just couldn't hang.
She crashed hard in one store, and Jojo had to come save my aching back!
And he didn't mind one bit getting all those snuggles!

After napping the entire rest of the afternoon, Nataleigh & I met up with my mom and sister for dinner!
Sushi & laughs were just what these girlies needed!
Oh & garlic Parmesan fries didn't hurt!
Sister, I feel the same way about fries too!

She actually loved her sesame chicken & some of my dynamite roll, but her favorite part was trying to use chop sticks!!

Well maybe being goofy with Gigi is her favorite!

Everyone needs a Gigi who will throw you around & just be silly with you!!
Gigis are the best!

{Sunday}

We got up and headed to church!
Y'all this church has hit Joe & I so incredibly hard in the last couple of weeks, and it's just amazing watching God pour into us & continue to heal those massive wounds.
He's so, so good!

We then grabbed a quick lunch before rushing home to watch the end of The Open Championship!
Or, as I would say, perfect nap tv!
I napped so hard yesterday!

We got ready to drop Nataleigh off at VBS, and she had the best time!
 Messy hair from playing so much!
Even though she didn't have to walk anywhere because there was a little girl willing to carry her everywhere!

While she was at VBS, Joe & I grabbed some groceries for the week & a quick little burger dinner!
Freddy's bacon burger + cheese curds = YUM!!

We then got home in time to watch Nat at VBS for a minute, and it was so adorable!
We wrapped up the weekend with big smiles & a sweet little selfie!

Weekends like these are so refreshing for our busy lives! They were full of laughs, love, snuggles, giggles, naps, and so much yummy food!

We are sending out big HUGE best wishes for all of our Cinderella sisters as their competition begins today!

It's MAGIC...Cinderella Magic!

Happy Monday, y'all!

-Britt
