Shew!
What a week..anyone else?!

This week for us has included a whole lot of ups and downs and twists and turns!
We started the week with a fun night with friends and ended the week with a victim of strep throat.

Oy vey!

Much like our week, this post is a hodgepodge of things that are getting through this chaotic season.

Snow Day//Bow Day
I mean, how perfect was this bow from One Stop Bow Shop for Wednesday's Snow Day!!
The weatherman is calling for a pretty considerable snow dumping for Sunday and Monday, so we may be wearing this bow a bunch!!

[TWO]

Nataleigh's Sneakers!
She has to wear 'athletic' shoes on Mondays and Tuesdays for gym, but she isn't a fan of actual tennis shoes. I found THESE @ TJ Maxx last week, and she's #obsessed! The faux fur pom are so fun, and they look perfect with her little dresses that she still insists on wearing every day!

[THREE]

Wrapping all the gifts!

I snuck over to my grandparents' house and finished their wrapping for the great-grandbabies! I wrapped the gifts to coordinate as best as we could with 11, 9, 5, and 3 year olds!!

[FOUR]

Speaking of gifts...

Joe & I get the kiddos each a 'big gift,' and the boys' gift got here Wednesday.
Naturally being the sweet mama I am, I snapped a picture of them holding the box!

Not fans of mama's shenanigans!

[FIVE]

THESE macarons are divine!!
I'm such a fan of macarons anyways, but these are so good. I plan on buying several and storing them in the freezer to snack on all year long!!

Well, I'm going back to being Nurse Mama as Nataleigh continues to get over strep! We have basketball this weekend, and one thing I'm most looking forward to is a little pampering time at the spa with my mom and sister tomorrow!

What fun does your weekend have in store for you?!

Happy Weekending!

  1. Oh no, I am so sorry you have strep throat in the house. Hopefully, it's not shared. We have a tiny tummy bug here so we have been homebound but it's been good for my soul to just be still in this crazy busy season!

  2. You have done an excellent job wrapping your presents! You cant go wrong with classic red and real ribbon. I am sorry to hear about the throat infection - I hope it hasn't spread throughout the house! P.s. can you believe I've never had a macaroon?

    1. You have got to try all the macaroons!! They are divine! I just recently this fall discovered them, and I can't quit it!
