Our Year in Review {2018}

Happy New Year's Eve, guys!!

I cannot believe that 2019 is hours away. I unintentionally took last week off from blogging because I just wanted to soak up all the family time and fun without worrying about publishing a post. It was a much-needed break. Today I'm sharing a little about our year, so grab your favorite coffee or drink, because #photooverload is about to go down!
[I warned you]

January

Our year always kicks off so sweetly by celebrating our favorite girl. Her birthday is January 2nd, so we keep the celebrating going all week long!
We also kicked off the last half of Nataleigh's reign as the 2017 Tennessee Cinderella Tot with a fun stop by the Smoky Mountain Opry for some fun with our Sisters!
We also kept winning Swarm Style!!

February

Nataleigh had an early morning in at the West Tennessee prelim, look complete with hair rollers and personalized robe!

Then we celebrated my birthday with a sweet lunch date..

& fun dinner with my mom, sister, and one of my best friends!
February also saw us enjoying a fun weekend tournament in Pigeon Forge, TN!

March

We kicked off the cheer competition season with literally the cutest little team ever!

 All those Top Gun Athletes!
 My favorite Kitty Hawk

We even came home Grand Champions from Charlotte!!
Whoop!
We also enjoyed an Early Spring snow day or two!!
Because life isn't busy enough, Nataleigh started soccer, and she loved it!

April

April started with Easter, and there is nothing better than celebrating our risen Savior !!
Our friends visited for their Spring Break, and we enjoyed a day at the Island in Pigeon Forge!
So much fun with some silly babies!
Joe & Stephen couldn't resist a picture with Paula Deen herself!
HA!
Baseball days started!
I love this little Royals team so dang much!!
And Nataleigh went to volleyball camp with me every Thursday. She didn't learn much volleyball, but she had the best days every with Audrey!

May

All the silly faces..
ALWAYS!
Nataleigh got registered and evaluated for Kindergarten!!

She also got super brave, and she started learning how to stunt!
Future Flyer, for sure!
Nataleigh was in her last parade of her reign.
And she had new headshots taken!!
#gorgeousgirl

I took Stephen on his end-of-year field trip.

And the boys wrapped up 2nd and 4th grade with flying colors!

Carson's team won the championships, and my Poppy got to be there to watch him win it all!
(possibly my favorite picture of the year)

June

We packed our bags for Hilton Head, SC!

Seriously best trip ever!!
We added Josie Girl to our little family, and she's the sweetest pup ever!!

We ended a fun year as Tennessee's Tot, and she crowned her new Cindy Sister, Raychel with so much grace and courage!

We began doing life at a new church, and it has been amazing!

July

Our boy, Carson turned 9, and we celebrated at Dollywood with all the roller coasters and fun!!
We celebrated the 4th of July together!
And wrapped up a fun volleyball satellite camp!!

August

In August Stephen started 5th grade, Carson started 3rd grade, and Nataleigh finally got to start Kindergarten!
It was a major milestone to have all three in school together!

We also started all the volleybally, and we won several tournaments!

September

My girl went to Nashville and won another state title, this time as the National American Miss Princess for Tennessee!

We won more tournaments!!

October

Basketball started back up for Stephen!
My Red Sox won the World Series!!

And we had the best time ever at our church's Barntober Fest!

The kiddos even went trick-or-treating with all their friends!!

November

November was all about our trip to Los Angeles for Nataleigh to compete at Nationals! It was full of so much fun & family time! It may have been the best week of our year!

December

We started celebrating Christmas early, and we kept it going all month long!

We even had a super early 9 inches of snow fall, which caused the kids to miss 4 days before Christmas break!
And we also started seeing an immunologist to figure out what's going on with our Little Bit!

If you've made it this far, then you are a champ!

2018 was quite the roller coaster of the year for us, but it was a year that was full of goodness!
I cannot wait to see what 2019 brings our little family!

I know He has some big things ahead for us, and I can't wait to sit back and praise Him for everything!

What are you looking forward to in 2019, and what are you most thankful for in 2018?!

Happy 2019, y'all!

-Britt
