Women Of Grace: December

EEK!!
Have I mentioned once or twice how much I love our church?!

Well, it's true!
We have found a church that is just full of such a sweet spirit!

Every month the ladies of the church meet together for a little fellowship of desserts and a lesson from one of our sweet leaders! I've been able to go to two meetings now, and y'all they are so wonderful & exactly what a manic mama needs!

Last month, Tara talked to us about being Marys or Marthas, and it was such a good lesson!

This month the leadership team decided to have a fellowship meal of appetizers and desserts and then some craft time!

To say we had a good time would be an understatement!

We had a fabulous time, and other than the food, I didn't take many pictures. I did, however, steal a couple from our little group!!
It was a pretty full house!
(I could go on and on about how beautiful our church buildings are, but you'll just have to visit one day to see their beauty in person)!
plate full of dips, chips, and all the appetizers!!
But really..this plate is my favorite!!
Dessert time!
Those little chocolate crinkle cookies are simply divine!!
Craft time before!!

Katie planned for us to make the cutest little burlap pictures of button wreaths, and they turned out adorably!!
I filled it in a little more with buttons after I snapped the picture!
Carson said I was an 'artiste!"

My table with my sweet friends and our gorgeous wreaths!!

We ended our night hearing from Heather!
God had laid it on her to share what she's going through, and I'm so, so proud of her for stepping outside of her comfort zone last night!
In March, Heather and another lady in our church will be traveling to India to work with a group that is helping those women and children who've been rescued from human trafficking! To say our group is proud is the understatement of the century!
God is using Heather and our church in mighty ways, and I'm so glad to be a little part of such a wonderful group of ladies!

How or where do you serve?!

Do you feel as though God is leading you to serve in ways you never imagined?!

Friend, I'm praying for you right now!
God will do so much with a willing heart, and I'd love to hear more. Shoot me an email or dm, or just leave a comment that we may pray with you!

  1. Britt, thank you for your prayers. I need them with this small group I am starting. God is really stretching me lately and I love it, but it is so out of my comfort zone. Hahaha!

  2. I love that you have a monthly women's fellowship!! I will be praying for your friend Heather. The past five months I feel like I have drifted away from my group of church girls. We are hoping that 2019 will be a better year for us and we will get more involved at church.

  3. How fantastic that you have such a great church family. I think that's so important. Our church just recently started offering more women's events like this and I need to start going.
