Weekend Wrap-Up {2.25.2019}

What a wonderful weekend!

I snapped so few pictures, because we were busy living & celebrating, and it was so, so good!

It was my birthday weekend, and we celebrated so much!

We kicked this weekend off with a super exciting signing at the school.
Mckenna signed with Mount Holyoke, and we couldn't be prouder of her and all her hard work!

From there, I grabbed the kiddos from school, and then we waited on Jojo to get home from work. He had planned a little dinner for my birthday with some friends at one of our favorite Mexican restaurants, Papas & Beer.
Showdown with the Big Papa & Jojo!!

I swear that Mexican food is our family's love language!

I snapped zero pictures because we were too busy having the best time ever with our friends. I did, however, get videoed with a sombrero getting sung to, and Joe posted it, of course!

Saturday, the boys headed for haircuts, and they came back even more handsome!
Love my boys!

Nataleigh & I headed to a local prelim for her to practice and hang out with her Cinderella sisters.
Sweet girls in pink ready for Interview!

 selfies while we wait!
And so much love for Ms. Jill!

We have had so much rain the past week that so much of our little area is still flooded. Tennessee is a muddy mess right now, but my girl was happy that she got to use her cute umbrella!
Singing {& smiling} in the rain!

My sweet mama snuck, with help from my sister, and grabbed me a cookie cake [my FAVORITE]! But on the way to the pageant, the rain & traffic caused her to have to stop quickly, which flipped the cookie cake!
Now we have an upside down cookie cake, as my Poppy named it!
#HA!!

She is just the best, most thoughtful mama ever, and I am so thankful she's mine!

Sunday we churched, ate lunch, and then napped as much as possible before we headed to our first small group meeting of the Spring season!

The sweet girls of our small group surprised me with the prettiest red velvet cake ever!
And believe it or not, it tasted even better than it looked!

We had just a little bit left over, so my diet will hate me while my taste buds love me!!

Shew!

This weekend was full of so much cake, friends, family, and LOVE! I'm so thankful for everyone who took time to wish me a happy birthday this weekend. I appreciate every message, email, call, and even hug! God has given me so much to be thankful for, and aside from my salvation in Him, I'm most thankful for the people He has given me.

Happy Monday!!

-Britt
